Dongguan Yulan Grand Theatre——Top 10 Of China’s Theater

The Dongguan Yulan Grand Theatre is a landmark cultural venue in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Built by integrating world-class professional technologies with cutting-edge design and construction expertise, it holds the distinguished reputation of being “internationally first-rate, among China’s top five, the finest in South China, and the leading theatre among prefecture-level cities.”Its striking architectural form evokes the swirling skirt of a Flamenco dancer mid-twirl—dynamic, elegant, and full of motion.

The theatre occupies a site of 36,010 square meters, with a total building area of 40,257 square meters. The structure comprises eight above-ground floors and two underground levels, with a total investment of RMB 618 million. It houses a 1,600-seat main hall and a 400-seat multi-functional small hall.
